| Fall13, 2013. Acrylic on wool and cashmere mix, 200 x 130cm |
The collaboration with painting and textile is presented in Hannah's work. She uses a variety of materials to create a new way to discover in painting. The canvas is a type of fabric, and we are making marks on that fabric. It is similar to her concept, in her artworks, she replaces canvas into cotton, cashmere, wool or thermochromatic heat sensitive cotton and making marks on it. Hannah let the works to perform, change colour, heat up or sensually absorb light from the room.
Moreover, the works naturally show the cultural environment of the era in which she grew up, as well as her family background. Her mother was a fashion designer and that is one of the reasons to stimulate her interest in female representation through fashion. Her references are mainly focused on personal, political and sociological influences rooted in the world of fashion and modern feminism. Hannah's work also contains strong feminine traditions through the use of textiles as a form to paint.

| Buff, 2013. White cotton jersey pocket stitched onto white cotton jersey, 200 x 125cm |
A normal, oversized white cotton sweatshirt with a cotton pocket. The idea here is that it is impractical to put a pocket in painting and that makes the purpose of this artwork mysterious."It was made in 2013, but it echoes the 1980s which in turn echoed the 1950s." Knox said, "it could make you think of Marlon Brando. It could even make you think of the band Bros."
